Supplies List
(Mrs. Santoro)
The following supplies are needed for all sixth graders and will be used in all classes:
- sturdy backpack that will fit in locker (no wheels)
- Master combination lock (practice the combo)
- expanding accordion file that will fit in backpack and desk
- 1 box of #2 pencils
- box of pens (blue or black)
- 1 box of pens (red)
- 2 highlighters (at least)
- 1 sharpie
-2 dry erase markers
- 2 socks
-10 box of colored pencils
- 1 box of thin markers
- a few glue sticks
- scissors
- white out
- 2 large flexible pencil cases (no boxes)
- 1 plastic 3 hole puncher
- flash drive/memory stick (label with name)
- 1 pkg of long index cards
- 2 pkgs of small (3x5) cards
- 4 pkgs. of post its
- 2 folders
- 4 booksocks
- a book for SSR – Sustained Silent Reading
My homeroom students also need:
- 2 – 1 1/2” flexible binders ( for Science and Soc Studies)
- 2 pkgs. college ruled loose leaf
If you have me for Math, you will also need:
- a 1 ½” flexible binder
- 2 pkgs of college ruled filler paper
If you have me for Language Arts, you will need
- a 1 ½ “ binder
- 2 pkgs of loose leaf ( reinforced is best)
- 1 pkg of dividers
- post its – (square)
- post its – ( tabs 1x2)
Wish List:
- tissues – please everyone
- paper towels – first ½ of the alphabet
- zip lock bags – 2nd ½ of the alphabet
Some Advice:
- please label everything
- practice with your lock and don’t lose the combination
